Quick response to AC issue, attentive staff. Grocery store nearby, great Venezuelan restaurant close by. En-suite bathroom and kitchen, AC and fan worked well with hot water. Beautiful shared backyard for breakfast. Super nice and helpful staff, great location. Would stay again.

Located in a residential area with not many restaurants or shopping nearby. Also, had trouble finding the hotel as the photo wasn't accurate and the office was across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at Maya Vacanze Playa Aventura. The staff was very responsive and attentive, especially when we had an issue with the AC. They quickly fixed it and made sure we were comfortable. The location of the hotel is great - it's away from the busy areas, making it quieter and more peaceful. The owner, Julian, is super friendly and helpful. The small kitchen in our room had everything we needed for quick breakfasts and making guacamole. The bed was comfortable, and the overall feeling of the place was cozy. The WiFi and A/C both worked really well, and housekeeping came by a few times to check if we needed anything. Check-in was smooth and they even helped me buy a mobile sim.

The location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk from 5th Avenue and the beach. The daily housekeeping was excellent and the staff, especially Giuliano, were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The room was comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchen, making it convenient for cooking our meals. We also loved the little patio in front of our room. The area was calm and we felt safe throughout our stay. it was great value for money and we had a wonderful experience.
